Fort Boise Onions
are available in
yellow,
white and
red
varieties and in a variety of sizes. The Spanish Sweet variety, grown in
the Idaho-Eastern Oregon growing region, is noted for its flavor and quality.
The firm texture and sweet, mild flavor make them a favorite as a condiment or
as stand alone dishes.

lb bags, several brands and sizes of cartons as well as a variety of consumer
packs. We strive to provide you with the

Onion Size Chart
Fort Boise takes special precautions in the storage and handling of our onions. Our computerized, state of the art storage facilities provide for a quality product, even later in the season when other onions might experience some decay. These facilities are monitored to provide a cool, dry, well ventilated area. Fort Boise Onions are typically available from August through April. |
