Food safety is important at Fort Boise Produce.  Our number ONE priority is to assure that our products are completely safe and documented as such.  To facilitate the access of this information, Fort Boise Produce now labels every package of onions packed at our facility with a tag that includes an 8 digit identification code.  This code allows you to view information regarding the growers of these onions as well as any pertinent certificates or inspections.  Trace recall and produce tracing is immediately available at this site. 

Quality control and tracing produce is not all you can find at the Trace Produce website.  You can also gather information regarding the storage and use of the product.  Onion recipes and handling information is online to provide helpful hints and tips.                                                    

Go to www.traceproduce.com to trace your onions.  All you need is the 8 digit lot ID number found on the label.
